Marketing Manager @ Heur | Brand Consultant I Luxury Ecommerce Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: London (fully remote, with on-site event support as required) Heur is a boutique ecommerce agency working with some of the most exciting luxury, lifestyle and FMCG brands in the UK and beyond. We act as the embedded ecommerce team for our clients – spanning strategy, management and growth. For us, marketing isn’t about noise, it’s about clarity: telling the right story, to the right people, at the right time. Role We’re looking for a marketing lead who can build and deliver a strategy to drive visibility for Heur, pull the right people into our orbit, and keep them there. This is a role that balances thinking and doing – you’ll have the freedom to shape the plan but also roll up your sleeves to make it happen. What You’ll Do

Develop and own Heur’s marketing and visibility strategy, aligned with our commercial goals. Create and manage content across formats: editorial, thought‑leadership pieces, whitepapers, case studies and social channels. Shape and deliver events - from intimate dinners to larger partner‑led sessions - including logistics, guest management and on‑the‑day support. Identify and develop partnerships that align with our positioning and expand our reach. Manage the rhythm of our communications (newsletters, blog, LinkedIn, Meta, press opportunities), ensuring consistency of voice and message. Work closely with the leadership team to surface insights and turn them into marketable outputs.

What We’re Looking For

A strategic thinker with the ability to execute – you can write a plan, but you can also write the copy, send the invites and host the room. Strong content creation skills, with a knack for making complex ideas clear and compelling. Experience running or supporting events, from planning through to delivery. A good eye for brand and tone – ideally with exposure to luxury, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG. Someone energised by building visibility in a competitive market and comfortable with a bit of ambiguity. London‑based, able to support on‑site at events and meetings.
