We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Manager to join our growing team in London.Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid)Contract: Full-time positionThis is a brilliant opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to help shape and deliver high-impact marketing activity that fuels brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Senior MarketingExecutive, you’ll help drive forward our full-funnel marketing approach, from content and campaigns to SEO, social, events, and reporting. The role also plays a key part in supporting marketing initiatives across Yodel Mobile and the wider NP Digital group, with growing opportunities for cross-brand collaboration .Key responsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, content, email, paid media, and organic socialLead campaign development and execution for both owned and partner eventsOwn the content calendar, managing the delivery of blogs, newsletters, case studies, and reportsProduce a variety of marketing materials, including thought leadership articles, social content, and visual assets, to support brand awareness and lead generationStrategically manage and grow relationships with partners worldwideDrive SEO performance, overseeing content optimisation and ensuring best practices are implemented across the siteManage website performance and updates, owning content changes in WordPress and working to improve traffic, engagement, and conversionLead monthly marketing reporting, extracting key insights and turning data into strategic recommendations and next stepsWork closely with the New Business team to align campaign messaging with lead generation efforts and support sales enablement through targeted contentCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure cohesive, on-brand marketing across all touchpointsSupport and guide the Senior Marketing Executive, fostering high-quality output, helping to prioritise effectively, and encouraging ongoing professional developmentRequirements4+ years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in agency, app, digital, or SaaS environments), with a track record of owning key workstreams and stepping into leadership responsibilitiesConfident navigating between strategy and executionStrong experience in content creation, campaign delivery, and social media managementExcellent writing skills and a strong grasp of written English, with the ability to tell compelling stories in a consistent tone of voiceHigh attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy across copy, reporting, and deliveryExperience producing award entries and coordinating industry events or marketing activationsPrior experience managing or mentoring junior team members, with a collaborative, supportive approachGood understanding of SEO, digital channels, email platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4)Highly organised and delivery-focused, able to juggle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines with easeExperience using HubSpot for automation, email marketing and campaign managementConfident interpreting performance data and applying insights to improve marketing outcomesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with external partnersWe are the leading app growth consultancy, specialising in full-funnel app marketing strategies, including app store optimisation (ASO), user acquisition, retention, engagement, product CRO and monetisation.
