The Role We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager - Content & Social Media to lead our content strategy and bring our brand to life. You'll create compelling stories, produce multi-format content, and manage social media campaigns to engage educators, schools, and communities. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll ensure all messaging is aligned to our audience and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Produce blogs, case studies, thought leadership, SEO content, and campaign copy

Develop and execute social media strategy to build engagement and communities

Ensure all content aligns with audience personas and brand voice

Support campaigns with creative storytelling and digital assets

Act as guardian of our brand narrative, maintaining consistency and impact

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, and social media management

Strong storytelling skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
