This is a full-time Marketing Manager role located in Bagshot, Surrey. The purpose of this role is to assist the Sales and Marketing Director with the implementation of all aspects of marketing for Antler Homes developments and group marketing initiatives.The role will include market research, Sales and Marketing strategy, digital and offline marketing collateral, website management, Rightmove listings, signage, marketing suite and show home fit out.Responsibilities and RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:A minimum of 3 years marketing experience preferably within propertyExcellent level of general computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Working knowledge of major web technologies and applications (CRM systems, WordPress)Excellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to effectively present information and produce reportsBusiness-like and professional both in appearance and mannerThorough, critical and an excellent eye for detailTo apply, please upload your CV.
