You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all marketing efforts to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and delivery of all marketing initiatives Manage the upcoming website launch and ongoing content and performance. Drive digital marketing efforts including TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms Coordinate the production of printed marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and flyers. Plan and coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing role is essential Proven ability to manage marketing activity independently with a hands-on approach. Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and content creation. Creative mindset with a commercial focus. Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp (or similar), MS Office, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics Previous background of marketing within manufacturing / construction / engineering / distribution sectors.
