Lead and develop a small, creative marketing team to deliver brand excellence Direct and deliver visually powerful campaigns across social, email, print and experiential Oversee content creation, from photoshoots to eNewsletters, ensuring brand consistency Take ownership of the full marketing calendar, aligning brand and commercial goals Plan and run events: press previews, trade shows, in-store activations and collaborations

Qualifications

Previous experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in interiors, retail or design-led brands Proven success across multi-channel campaigns, including offline and digital Strong creative direction skills, especially with photography and visual storytelling Track record in managing events from concept to post-event analysis Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Meta Suite, Google Analytics and project management platforms
