Manage and mentor a small marketing team, promoting creativity, collaboration, and excellence Deliver Marketing Strategy:
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase membership recruitment and retention Generate Leads:
Oversee lead generation activity through Google Ads, paid social, exhibitions, and digital content Drive Engagement:
Deliver campaigns that improve member engagement, loyalty, and service uptake Manage Communications:
Oversee all digital and print communications ensuring consistency of brand and message Monitor Campaigns:
Use analytics, CRM data, and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and ROI Oversee Service Marketing:
Promote key services, events, and affiliate partnerships through targeted campaigns Ensure Compliance:
Manage budgets effectively and ensure all marketing meets regulatory and brand standards CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL Proven experience of working in a marketing leadership role within a fast-paced environment Experience with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems Strong copywriting and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines Confident user of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills DESIRABLE A degree in marketing or a related subject Experience of working in a membership or subscription-based organisation Familiarity with event promotion, PR, or brand management Knowledge of the retail or financial services sector Video or animation production experience HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
