Role Overview Were looking for a connected, results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven black book of corproate, media, influencers, and industry contacts. This is not a role for someone who needs months to settle inits for a hospitality marketing professional who can hit the ground running, secure high-profile coverage, drive buzz, and turn tables into sold-out nights. Key Responsibilities Leverage Your Network Activate your media, influencer, and VIP connections to generate immediate awareness and bookings. Strategic Campaign Planning Create and execute marketing campaigns that blend digital, PR, and on-the-ground activations. Brand Positioning Elevate Shakaras identity as Londons leading Afro-fusion fine dining and nightlife destination. Content & Storytelling Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce compelling, shareable content that reflects Shakaras unique personality. Event Marketing Drive promotion for DJ nights, live music events, menu launches, and seasonal experiences. Partnerships Forge collaborations with luxury brands, cultural institutions, and lifestyle curators. Digital Growth Manage social media strategy, paid advertising, and engagement to grow followers and convert them into diners. Performance Tracking Monitor KPIs across campaigns, social channels, PR coverage, and bookings to ensure ROI. Required Skills & Experience Proven marketing experience in high-end restaurants, bars, or lifestyle brands in London. Established black book of hospitality journalists, PR contacts, influencers, and event bookers. Strong understanding of luxury dining trends, Londons cultural landscape, and high-spend clientele. Hands-on experience in PR, social media management, content creation, and digital advertising. Ability to balance creativity with commercial results measuring impact, not just impressions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills. A passion for African culture, music, and gastronomy is a plus.
