The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the education industry, capable of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping our market presence and contributing directly to our success.Key responsibilities & DutiesDevelopment and Execution of GTM Strategies: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, content, events, PR) to achieve business goals and drive pipeline growth.Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation platforms to streamline nurturing campaigns and enhance customer journeys. Ensure effective integration with CRM systems for seamless data flow and reporting.Website Strategy & Management: Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing management of the company website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO, lead conversion, and reflects the latest brand messaging and product offerings.Content Marketing Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and website copy that resonates with our target audience and positions us as a thought leader.Digital Marketing Management: Manage and optimize all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and display advertising, ensuring strong ROI.
