Every guest experience is designed to restore balance, inspire discovery, and reflect our commitment to sustainability and conscious luxury.About youAt least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing, PR, or Partnerships Manager role within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or related industry.Strong knowledge of the London media, PR, and influencer landscape, with insight into food, beverage, fashion, culture, and wellness.Maintain a robust network of media contacts, tastemakers, and brand partners, leveraging relationships to generate meaningful collaboration.Strategic thinker who positions a brand in competitive markets, creating buzz through storytelling, partnerships, and experience.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, managing multiple projects, events, and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skill.Proactive, collaborative, thriving when working across teams to bring creative ideas.Stay informed about cultural trends and industry developments, translating them into opportunities for the brand.About the roleDevelop and execute an annual marketing strategy to position 1 Hotel Mayfair as London’s leading luxury lifestyle hotel, driving brand visibility, cultural relevance, and business growth.Create and curate monthly hotel programming (wellness, culture, dining, and sustainability) that engages guests, resonates with the local community, and strengthens brand positioning.Build and nurture relationships with top‑tier media, influencers, tastemakers, and industry partners to secure collaborative campaigns and brand‑building opportunities.Oversee creation of press materials (press releases, media kits, briefing documents) to ensure they align with brand voice, corporate messaging, and broader campaign objectives.Work with Director of Marketing on planning and execution of strategic brand partnerships, collaborations, and activations that enhance the guest experience and drive awareness locally and globally.Manage agencies and freelancers, setting KPIs, monitoring results, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI and align with brand objectives.Work closely with internal teams (General Manager, Sales, F&B, Corporate Marketing) to integrate PR and partnerships into broader business goals and property initiatives.Support B2B and corporate communications needs, including media hosting, speaking engagements, and event support.Regularly track, analyse, and report on hotel marketing performance and partnerships, sharing insights with stakeholders and adapting strategy accordingly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
