As part of our transformation, we’re building a dynamic, insight-led Marketing function that drives commercial impact and brand reputation across our portfolio of business brands.From household names, such as Jewson, which helps the best small and medium builders in town, to customers being supported by JP Corry in Northern Ireland and Normans in Jersey, to specialist business customers being served by Minster, Jewson Partnership Solutions, Major Build Solutions, Jewson Civils Frazer and International Timber.We’re looking for a **Marketing Manager – Operations** to help shape and deliver our operational marketing strategy, supporting our branch network and empowering local teams to drive engagement, loyalty, and sales.**What You’ll Be Doing*** **Lead Brand Delivery:** Support the rollout of refreshed brand propositions, especially Jewson’s future branch concept and associated PR.* **Campaign Management:** Plan, implement, and analyse marketing campaigns to support regional and local branch activity.* **Branch Marketing Framework:** Help embed a structured marketing support system for branches, including activations, promotions, and crisis management.* **Empower Local Teams:** Establish a hyperlocal marketing model that enables branches to run their own initiatives.* **Agency Collaboration:** Work with external agencies to develop and manage brand assets and visibility.* **PR & Social Media:** Co-develop integrated plans to enhance market presence at branch level.* **Content Strategy:** Support creation of digital and offline content for in-branch communications.* **Tools & Measurement**: Develop and track usage of marketing tools like PixelGo and BrandIQ.* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Partner with Regional Directors and Corporate Communications to spotlight local success and drive brand trust.* **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing peers, business leaders, and external partners to align on strategy and deliver impactful results.**What We’re Looking For*** Minimum 2-5 years’ marketing experience, the majority of which will have been in B2B.* Comfortable to manage and work with pace and focus during a period of significant transformation, using own initiative.* Ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple, competing priorities in a professional and efficient manner.* Experience in marketing to traditional and hard-to-reach B2B audiences, via traditional and digital media.* High proficiency with data analysis and how to apply this to decision making and impact measurement.* Proficiency with digital and traditional marketing communication channels.* Solid knowledge of customer relationship and stakeholder management, and content management systems.* Will need to be available for ad-hoc out of hours work.* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and work flexibly when needed.* Competitive Base salary* Car Allowance* Discretionary bonus* Retirement savings plan* Life assurance* Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave for anyone expecting or adopting a child* A wide range of voluntary benefits including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, car salary sacrifice scheme, Cycle2Work, Benenden Healthcare and more.* Access to a wealth of health and wellbeing services including access to online GP appointments and mental health support* WorkPerks – A platform home to hundreds of all your favourite high street and online discounts via the provider Reward Gateway**Quality -** We’re unwavering in our commitment to providing outstanding products and service that exceed our customers’ expectations.**Supportive Environment -** Join a culture that prioritises your growth, with the resources and support you need to excel.
