You’ll be responsible for leading a small but ambitious team, delivering tactical marketing campaigns, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, commercial acumen, and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience managing a marketing team (3+ years).
* Understands distributor-led markets and how to influence end-users.
* Thrives on execution and delivery, not just strategy.
* Is confident presenting and advocating for the brand.
* Is data-driven, resilient, and outcome-focused
* Experienced in Content creation, writing, Social media, email campaigns.
* Ideal but not essential - website development and video editing.
