We are Perplex, a luxury experience and lifestyle brand specializing in immersive high-end electronic music events. Alongside our core business, we also manage consulting projects for some of the most prestigious brands in the global music and luxury event industry, including House of 10 for LVMH and the renowned Day Zero Festival created by international DJ Damian Lazarus.We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in delivering marketing, social media, and client communication strategies across the business. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop innovative campaigns, manage client relationships, and oversee creative content that aligns with each brand’s identity.The RoleAs Marketing Manager, you’ll own and deliver our marketing execution across multiple channels and projects. From content calendars to ticketing platforms, you’ll be at the heart of how Perplex communicates with its community. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative leads while also taking full responsibility for a range of operational marketing streams.This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and loves the challenge of building campaigns that cut through the noise in the electronic music world.Responsibilities:Build and manage the marketing content calendar – execution, scheduling, and timely delivery.Lead Perplex’s digital presence across:Website & landing pagesTicketing platformsSocial media profilesPartner & sponsor channelsSupport the Marketing Director on content planning, channel allocation, and calendar build.Assist in managing relationships with suppliersRequirements:3+ years experience in marketing (ideally within events, nightlife, festivals, or luxury brands).Strong knowledge of digital channels (web, socials, paid media, ticketing platforms).A strategic yet hands-on mindset — you can plan, but also execute to perfection.Familiarity with data-driven marketing (audiences, performance tracking, campaign optimisation).Passion for electronic music and culture — you get the scene, the people, and the energy.Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas but also stay on brand.What we offer:Work on cutting-edge events that redefine the party experience.Be part of a tight-knit, visionary team with big ambitions.Creative freedom to shape Perplex’s voice and storytelling.Opportunities to grow alongside the company as we expand internationally.Access to events, cultural experiences, and a community of like-minded creatives.Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)Job type: Permanent, full-timeReporting to: FoundersWorking hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
