Overall purpose of the role Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for B2B growth? We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead high-scale marketing initiatives within our Business Banking sector. In this role, you will lead the charge in driving commercial channels, managing multi-million-pound budgets, and orchestrating complex, multi-channel integrations. You will be the bridge between data-driven insight and creative execution, leveraging AI and emerging platforms to acquire and retain business customers at scale.

Key Accountabilities: Strategic Campaign Leadership: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for Business Banking products, ensuring alignment with overarching brand and business objectives.

Multi-Channel Orchestration : Lead large-scale, sequenced campaigns across Paid Media (Search, Social, Programmatic), Email, and Direct Mail (DM) to drive open-market acquisition and lifecycle management.
