Park Recruit are partnering with a growing specialist in the construction sector, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager.Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will take full ownership of their marketing function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing budgets, coordinating events such as trade shows, and working closely with sales and business development teams to drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to support business growth objectives.Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI tracking.Plan, coordinate, and manage the company’s presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.Create and oversee targeted marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media) to raise brand awareness and generate leads.Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to align marketing and sales activities.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Manage external marketing agencies and suppliers where applicable.Oversee content creation including brochures, case studies, press releases, and website updates.Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.RequirementsProven experience (5 years +) in a similar marketing management role, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or B2B sector.Demonstrated experience in developing and rolling out strategic marketing plans.Strong budget management skills.Experience in planning and executing successful trade show and event participation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing software, etc.).Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Office based role, with travel required throughout Ireland and UK to attend trade shows and events.BenefitsMedical Aid / Health CarePensionSocial events #J-18808-Ljbffr
