Role OverviewA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join an innovative and fast-growing organisation at the intersection of science, technology, and health. This role will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing activities, driving digital campaigns, brand positioning, and lead generation across both services and products.The role is hybrid and you will spend 1-2 days on-site at our clients facilities in East London.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesDesign, run, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to generate qualified leads with a strong focus on ROI.Manage CRM processes, including automated workflows, segmentation strategies, lead scoring, and ensuring data integrity.Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to produce high-quality marketing assets such as landing pages, case studies, presentations, and email campaigns.Coordinate company presence at trade shows, conferences, and events, including logistics, campaigns, and lead capture strategies.Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and adoption of automation/AI tools.Role RequirementsTo be successful in your application for this exciting role as the Marketing Manager, we are looking to identify the following:Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong lead generation focus, ideally in a B2B or science/tech/health-related environment.Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns and CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy and pivot campaigns.A self-starter who thrives in agile/start-up style environments, with excellent collaboration skills across sales and product teams.Nice to have - experience marketing hardware/software products in science, healthcare, or related sectors.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing, Sales, and Business DevelopmentIndustriesBiotechnology ResearchMedical Equipment ManufacturingPharmaceutical ManufacturingLocationLondon, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)PayThis range is provided by Hyper Recruitment Solutions.
