We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital marketing and content strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting commercial growth in a fast-paced, mission-led organisation.

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels, shape engaging content tailored to diverse audiences, and ensure the company’s digital presence reflects its leadership in HealthTech innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies across web, social, email, and digital advertising

* Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI

* Oversee website content and performance, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience

* Plan and create content across digital channels, including blogs, social, email, and video

* Lead video content production (short-form, explainer, promotional) with internal teams and external partners

* Deliver compelling campaigns that support sales enablement and partner engagement

* Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to optimise strategy

* Manage agencies and partners, championing best practice in digital and content marketing

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for an experienced and innovative digital marketing professional with at least 5 years’ experience in digital and content marketing. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and be confident across digital channels, from SEO and paid advertising through to content strategy and video production. Strong copywriting skills, analytical ability, and creativity are essential, along with the confidence to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
