You\'re joining a passionate, diverse and Values-driven company, where you\'ll be given freedom to scope your own ideas and have your voice heard.This is where you come in:We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team, to support the Head of Marketing across all areas of brand and growth marketing. This is a hands-on role with big creative scope: you’ll be at the heart of member communications, brand partnerships, social media and hub launches, while acting as a guardian of the Huckletree brand.If you’re a creative, organised marketer with a love for storytelling, digital channels - especially social media - and building engaged communities, we’d love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesMember Comms & Campaigns:Lead on day-to-day email campaigns (newsletters, announcements, member updates).Manage and prepare the monthly content and social media calendar, ensuring member comms are engaging, consistent, and on-brand.Support marketing campaigns that drive member engagement, referrals, and retention.Project manage marketing campaigns from ideation through to delivery, ensuring they strengthen brand image and drive measurable results.Support hub launches and events with campaign rollouts, creative content, and onsite activations.Manage and secure brand partnerships that elevate the member experience and support retention.Social Media:Own Huckletree’s social media channels, from content planning to publishing, monitoring, and reporting. Monitor engagement and performance, implementing best practice across channels.Be the face of Huckletree on TikTok and IG. Create, edit and publish daily content across TikTok/IG (video, reels, carousels).Spot and activate on trends to build cultural relevance.Develop creative, on-brand content (copy, design via Canva Pro, video snippets) that amplifies our story and community.Brand Stewardship:Act as a brand champion and guardian, ensuring brand integrity, tone of voice, and consistency across all channels and touchpoints.Execute strategies that build Huckletree’s brand in a creative and compelling way, with strong storytelling at the core.Ensure all campaigns and activations are creatively best-in-class, delivered on time and to budget.Who we\'re looking forA broad skilled marketeer, looking to develop their career into marketing management.Experience in a fast-paced creative or disruptive brand environment.Strong knowledge of social media management (content creation, scheduling, community engagement, reporting).Confident in email marketing (HubSpot experience would be great).Design skills using Canva Pro (bonus if you’ve dabbled with video editing tools).Proven ability to deliver marketing campaigns with tangible results.Excellent copywriting skills and a flair for brand storytelling.Highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects across different products at once.Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.Passionate about brand and marketing, with a focus on social media.Experience working cross-functionally and within agile, fast-moving environments.
