United Autosports is a world-leading motorsport team competing across the globe. We are now recruiting for an experienced Operational Marketing Manager to lead our tactical marketing delivery and oversee a small but highly capable team. The Role
As Operational Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing activity across races, events, and partner activations. Leading two Marketing Executives and one Graphic Designer, you will ensure the United Autosports brand is delivered flawlessly across digital, live, and commercial channels. Key Responsibilities
Lead the tactical delivery of pre-event, on-event, and post-event marketing activity.
Manage and mentor a team of two Marketing Executives and one Graphic Designer.
Oversee content planning, brand management, and sponsor activation.
Support the Commercial Director in fulfilling partner obligations.
Ensure creative outputs meet United Autosports high standards.
Represent the marketing function at races and events internationally.
About You
Background in an agency environment and/or motorsport within a similar role is essential.
Strong people management and leadership experience.
Proven ability to deliver complex marketing projects under pressure.
Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
Excellent digital marketing and content management knowledge.
Flexible with extensive international travel required.
Right to work in the UK is required.
