Key Responsibilities

Deliver marketing plans aligned with organisational objectives, increasing relevance and public engagement. Lead brand development and awareness-building initiatives across digital and offline platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative, insight-driven campaigns. Support the development of visual identity and ensure consistent brand application. Champion inclusive engagement and help reach new and diverse audiences. Provide strategic input across marketing, audience development, and campaign performance. Manage creative briefing processes and contribute to cross-functional projects. Oversee marketing for commercial products, publications, and fundraising activity. Experience required

Proven experience in delivering integrated, audience-led marketing and engagement strategies. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams. Demonstrable success in brand and proposition development. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, campaign planning, and creative delivery. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities.
