About Encode Club Encode Club is a leading developer education company in Emerging Tech, working with top companies in Web3 and AI. We organize hackathons, bootcamps, and accelerators, engaging over 10,000 participants quarterly and fostering community-driven education. Responsibilities
Shape Encode's positioning, brand, and communication strategies. Devise and execute marketing strategies for Encode programmes. Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance. Draft social media and marketing content. Coordinate with partners and clients to promote offerings. Manage marketing materials with our Designer. Conduct targeted outreach to increase community engagement. Maintain content across platforms including website, Twitter, LinkedIn, Luma, etc. Highlight community, alumni, and partner developments. Engage in B2B outreach with industry partners. Collaborate with Programmes and BizOps teams to align marketing goals.
About You
Early work experience or upcoming graduate; open to future start dates. Ambition to become a Marketing Manager in a startup. Strong academic record (2:1 or above from a leading university). Confident, innovative, eager for leadership roles. Evidence of extracurricular achievements or diverse experiences. Strong social skills and team leadership experience. Motivated by our mission and values. Curious, with unique hobbies and interests. High integrity, kindness, and supportiveness. Located in London.
