In late 2025 we completed our rebrand to position our offer for the USA, European & Sub-Saharan Africa markets. Now we’re heading into our first proper brand marketing campaign. You’ll join us to pour gas on this small fire. In short, your task is to help us get famous in our nerdy engineering markets over the next few years. Your main KPI will be Share of Voice which currently hovers around 0%.

What does a typical month look like?
Writing, connecting with our international team and external agencies (brand media, PR, website), and regional stakeholders. Updating our website with a new case study, posting weekly LinkedIn content, managing a monthly newsletter, tracking performance, and occasionally coordinating trade shows. You’ll keep marketing ops running smoothly.

Ideal for someone who is organized, proactive with communication aka chasing, warmly, and keeping to deadlines. This is a NOT a fit for someone who likes large organizations and teams… you will wear many hats and will be our first in-house marketer (with external support).
