The Role We’re after a marketer who knows how to make things happen - from planning campaigns to getting them live. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and the wider team to deliver activity that builds awareness, drives leads, and connects with gym owners across the UK and beyond. You’ll be responsible for:
Organic social: Managing and growing our social presence with smart, creative content Paid ads: Running and optimising campaigns on Meta and Google to drive quality leads Copywriting: Crafting sharp, engaging copy for blogs, ads, and emails Content creation: Producing scroll-stopping videos, posts, and visuals that fit our brand Email marketing: Building and nurturing our audience through smart, targeted campaigns Website content: Keeping our site fresh, relevant, and optimised for conversions
You’ll be working closely with the team, so this role suits someone confident in their ideas, but also comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting things done. About You You’ll do well here if you:
Have 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (SaaS or fitness experience is a bonus) Are confident running Meta and Google Ads Can write clearly and persuasively - no waffle, just good copy Are comfortable creating and editing content, both video and images Know the functional fitness world Excited by the idea of helping gym owners succeed, not just selling software
