OverviewMarketing Manager role at Framestore – Framestore's Film & Episodic marketing team is hiring. This is a global role focused primarily on the London and Melbourne studios, with opportunities to profile senior leadership and key creative work across studio teams.You will proactively drive show marketing campaigns to build awareness of Framestore among film studio executives, filmmakers and film fans. The role is nimble and entrepreneurial, with a focus on raising Framestore’s profile through opportunities in media, speaking engagements, social content, and awards.ResponsibilitiesDrive show marketing across owned and earned platforms with a strong emphasis on social media.Identify opportunities to showcase Framestore’s work and its use of technology to drive creative storytelling.Identify speaking opportunities for key creatives and leaders.Secure media opportunities to raise the profile of Framestore, its talent and technology.Celebrate successes internally through roundups, internal events, and reporting.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience: Minimum 5+ years in film, entertainment, or creative industries marketing/PR; ideally with agency-side experience.Campaign Management: Proven ability to design and run integrated campaigns across earned and owned channels, with strong social media skills.Industry Knowledge: Passion for film and filmmaking; solid understanding of visual effects, animation, and emerging creative technologies (knowledge of AI in filmmaking is a plus).Media Relations: Network of journalists and media contacts in film, entertainment, and technology with a track record of securing impactful coverage.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex creative and technical work into compelling stories for multiple audiences.Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable liaising with senior creatives, studio executives, production partners, and coordinating with global teams.Proactive Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-driven approach with ability to spot and act on opportunities to raise Framestore’s profile.Organisational Skills: Strong project management, capable of balancing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.Internal Engagement: Ability to create engaging internal communications to celebrate successes and strengthen company culture.AccessibilityOur London studio is fully accessible, with step-free entry, accessible toilets on all floors, and quiet spaces available.
