OverviewAs a Marketing Manager at Colliers, you will play a key leadership role in driving the firm’s marketing strategy to support business development, enhance brand visibility, and deliver measurable value to stakeholders. You will oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead content and digital initiatives, manage key events, and contribute to strategic decision-making that supports the firm’s growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development and execution of marketing initiatives across Colliers UK, integrating strategy, brand, content, digital, and events.Work with department heads, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns that align with business goals.Detailed ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Campaign Management: plan, budget, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement and lead generation; align marketing with business development goals and use data to improve ROI.Team & Project Leadership: manage junior marketing staff and external suppliers, oversee workflow, quality, and productivity; delegate effectively and ensure projects and events are delivered on time and on budget.Content Development: oversee creation and approval of marketing collateral (brochures, proposals, social media content, newsletters, capability statements, blogs, video content); ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.Digital Marketing: manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation; monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to improve visibility and conversions.Event Strategy & Management: plan and execute client events, sponsorships, and webinars; prepare proposals and event plans with timelines, budgets, logistics, and post-event analysis.Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide regular updates to CEO and senior leadership, and maintain high reporting standards.CRM & Data Management: oversee CRM (Salesforce) for audience segmentation and personalised communications; ensure data integrity and optimise tools like Marketo for targeted campaigns.Market Intelligence & Insights: conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and share insights with marketing and business development teams.QualificationsThe ideal candidate is a confident marketing leader with strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally.
