Marketing Manager
1 Days Old
Recruitment Consultant – Marketing & Insights
London | 4 days in office (Fridays WFH)
A fast-growing research tech business is looking for a marketing lead to take ownership of brand, content, and demand generation as they prepare to launch a new AI‑powered product.
This is a hands‑on, standalone role reporting into the Growth Lead and working closely with business development and sales. You’ll be the go‑to person for all things marketing — from shaping the brand identity to driving qualified leads.
The Company
Backed by top investors and now around 50 people, this B2B start‑up is rethinking how organisations understand audiences — using AI to uncover faster, more accurate insights than traditional research methods. Clients span big‑name brands, non‑profits, and consultancies.
They’ve got strong product‑market fit and a clear growth trajectory. Now they’re looking for someone who can help the market see that.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for how the company shows up across every touchpoint — digital, content, social, events — and ensure it drives tangible commercial outcomes.
Key areas you’ll own:
Brand and content – Refine messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across channels
Website – Oversee content, SEO and UX (working with agencies where needed)
Social – Build a consistent, engaging presence on LinkedIn and Instagram
Events – Plan and run regular client‑facing events to support lead gen and awareness
Product marketing – Turn product features into compelling stories for launch and sales
Analytics – Track performance and iterate based on what works
You’ll work closely with the Growth Lead and BD team, so alignment with sales is key. There’s also scope to build out an agency network or grow the team over time.
About You
3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing or growth roles — ideally in early‑stage companies
Comfortable running marketing end‑to‑end in lean teams
Strong copywriting and content skills, with a sharp eye for detail
Confident managing external agencies (e.g., web, design, SEO)
Experience running events (live or virtual)
Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools — HubSpot or similar
Analytical mindset — you know how to track what’s working and double down
A background in market research, consulting, or insight‑led sectors is a bonus — especially if you enjoy combining narrative with data.
Why Apply?
Shape the marketing function at a key growth moment
Own the launch of a new AI product
Work with a smart, values‑led team solving meaningful problems
Hybrid setup with a collaborative, central London office
