The role reports to the Regional Head of Marketing and manages the London-based Marketing team. The successful candidate will work with the partners and other senior stakeholders across these offices to identify key priorities and then lead the London-based marketing team in delivering a programme of marketing initiatives utilising a broad range of tactics. Primary responsibilities include:Day-to-day management of a team of marketing and events professionalsUnderstanding the objectives of each office and its practice groups, and proactively developing and delivering initiatives and activities designed to meet themEnsuring marketing activities and initiatives are joined up and coordinated with corresponding business development plansEvaluating the return on investment for key marketing campaigns, and adapting future activities accordinglyIdentify and pursue new channels (both internal and external) of communications to engage key audiences in an effort to support the firm\'s overall goalsResearch and draft internal and external announcementsBuild and maintain relationships with editorial and commercial contacts in key legal and trade publicationsIdentifying, evaluating and overseeing each office\'s corporate associations and sponsorships activity, ensuring they are in line with strategic objectivesWorking closely with our Digital & Creative Services team to deliver engaging contentThe production and maintenance of necessary marketing collateral and other printed and digital materialsFeeding in opportunities arising from marketing activities and campaigns into our BD/CRM plansEnsuring our events are not only "best-in-class" but also in support of our strategic objectivesWorking closely with peers in other jurisdictions to ensure appropriate coordination and collaboration as well as best practice and continuous development in our marketing activitiesManagement of each office\'s marketing budgetWorking with others within the team on key projectsExperienceWhat You Bring In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:A professional qualification in a Business or Marketing related field is preferred8+ years of experience (preferably in professional, B2B or financial services)Engage credibly with all members of the organisation with high level of enthusiasm and ability to use own initiativeAbility to provide both strategic and operational support when neededHigh level of attention to detail and the ability to handle a consistent and varied workload is essentialAbility to work well under pressure and juggle a number of on-going projects with deadlines and budgets while also maintaining high quality deliveryAbility to make decisions in a timely mannerAbility to apply logic and creativity to problem solving, ideally from experience gained in a professional services environmentStrong relationship skills and the capability to understand and quickly respond to the needs of senior stakeholdersStrong teamwork skills to work alongside and build relationships with the Marketing team both locally and globallyExcellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skillsStrong project management experience with extensive and complex review processesIf interested, please do drop me a message or an email and I will get back to you asap. ani.jackson@rgh-global.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
