Responsibilities and Duties
● As the UK market manager, develop and implement growth plans based on the company's strategic objectives.
● Oversee promotional plans to meet operational needs, aligning with the company's business model to achieve marketing goals and conversion targets.
● Analyze user profiles, manage user acquisition, oversee customer experience, and develop customer management systems.
● Establish management protocols, monitor team performance against targets, and adjust operational strategies as needed.
● Lead in planning, strategy, and execution of Pop-Up and/or new store openings to drive traffic, revenue growth, brand awareness, and increase loyalty.
Requirements
● Extensive local network in UK and commitment to long-term regional development. Experience in cross-border e-commerce operations is a plus.
● Excellent English language skills and familiarity with UK market trends and culture.
● Strong sense of responsibility, self‑motivated learner, team player with innovative thinking and a proactive approach to tasks.
● Outstanding business analysis, comprehension, and logical thinking skills. Mature experience in merchant marketing systems and methodologies.
● Experience in launching new projects (0 to 1) and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in marketing and performance management.
