OverviewAs our first dedicated Europe/UK Marketing Manager, you’ll own end‑to‑end event programs and localized demand‑gen initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with Sales, CS, and Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for:Events & SponsorshipsResearch, secure, and manage Xnurta’s participation in events that connect with retail media customers and drive leadsCoordinate logistics, branding, and on‑site activation for co‑hosted events with our partners (e.g. Amazon)Webinars & Virtual ForumsLaunch and run monthly Europe & UK‑focused webinars featuring Xnurta experts and industry partnersCoordinate with sales to drive registration, attendance, and follow‑up via HubSpot workflowsLocalized Campaigns & CollateralCreate and execute LinkedIn Ads and organic social campaigns tailored to European & UK marketsDevelop localized sales assets such as one‑pagers, slide decks, case studies, and email templatesSource and manage translators or agencies for high‑quality content adaptationPerformance & ReportingTrack and optimize campaigns in GA4, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads ManagerDeliver monthly performance reviews to the VP Marketing, CEO, SVP Sales, and European pod leadProvide insights and recommendations to accelerate revenue growth and brand awarenessWhat You’ll Bring3–5 years in B2B SaaS or adtech marketing, owning regional event and demand‑gen programsMandatory experience in retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud)Strong hands‑on skills with HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn AdsFluency in English required; German and/or French strongly preferredEntrepreneurial spirit: you thrive building programs from scratch with minimal processesExcellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skillsComfort with up to 25% travel to European eventsAbility to work up to four days a week in our London officeWhy You’ll Love ItGround‑Floor Impact: Own Europe’s marketing from day one and shape our growth trajectoryCross‑Functional Partnering: Work directly with leadership and regional teams to drive real resultsEntrepreneurial Environment: Move fast, test boldly, and see your campaigns light up the marketReady to build Xnurta’s European & UK marketing engine?
