Marketing Manager
1 Days Old
Job Description
Marketing Manager – France OR Spain (There are 2 different roles here)
London-based (3 days a week in Hammersmith office)
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 (DOE)
About the Company
When was the last time you moved? Chances are you used this brand.
Join an innovative tech and marketplace company transforming the moving experience across the UK and Europe. With over 7.6 million customers and businesses served in the past decade, they’re revolutionizing logistics through smart technology and innovation. Their mission is to make moving a genuinely enjoyable experience for their customers.
They're now on a mission to take our fast-growing platform across Europe – and we need two brilliant Marketing Managers to help make it happen.
Why this role?
This isn’t just about executing campaigns – it’s about shaping how we grow internationally. You’ll have high autonomy, the chance to see your ideas come to life quickly, and the support of a brilliant central team.
The brand has successfully launched in Spain and are now preparing to roll out our instant pricing model in France. These roles are key to shaping how we show up in each market – building trust, reaching the right audiences, and making sure our product feels like it was designed for them.
If you thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments where you need to figure things out as you go (without a big rulebook), and you love combining big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, this could be your perfect next move.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the local strategy: Build and deliver the go-to-market approach for either France or Spain – from defining audiences and messages to choosing the right channels.
- Be the local expert: Bring cultural understanding and customer insight into the business – shaping our proposition, tone, and campaigns.
- Make things happen: Lead the creation of content, PR, and influencer activity that connects with local audiences (managing freelancers where needed).
- Work across teams: Collaborate with our central marketing, product, and partnerships teams to make sure every channel performs as well as it does in the UK.
- Track success: Report on market performance, making sure everything you do is measurable and driving revenue.
- Spot opportunities: Identify partnerships, campaigns, and tactics that can help us grow faster and build brand authority in-market.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent French or Spanish (native level) and strong English – with a real understanding of local culture and customer behaviour.
- Currently a Marketing Manager (or a Senior Brand Manager in a high-growth business looking for a step up) within a High Growth D2C or High-Growth Consumer Brand.
- Hands-on brand marketing experience with broad channel exposure (PR, content, influencer campaigns, plus an understanding of SEO/partnerships).
- Comfortable with PR and influencer activity – you know how to make things happen (you don’t need a black book, but you know how to get results).
- Commercially sharp – you get measurement, incrementality, and how marketing activity drives revenue.
- Creative and strong writer – you can localise campaigns, craft compelling content, and bring fresh ideas.
- Entrepreneurial and fast-learning – someone who thrives when figuring out new challenges with limited guidelines.
- Collaborative: Great at influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
- Able to commute to our Hammersmith office 3 days per week.
