This is a full-time Marketing Manager role located in Bagshot, Surrey. The purpose of this role is to assist the Sales and Marketing Director with the implementation of all aspects of marketing for Antler Homes developments and group marketing initiatives.The role will include market research, Sales and Marketing strategy, digital and offline marketing collateral, website management, Rightmove listings, signage, marketing suite and show home fit out.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing planCoordinate all marketing activities to generate leadsCollaborate with design and digital suppliers to promote our homes, incentives and the local areaEnsure all offline and online marketing activity is alignedManage the website CRM and Rightmove to ensure accurate information is shown at all timesManage show home pitches, collaborate with Interior Designers and manage installWhat we are looking forA minimum of 3 years marketing experience preferably within propertyExcellent level of general computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Working knowledge of major web technologies and applications (CRM systems, WordPress)Excellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to effectively present information and produce reportsProfessional both in appearance and mannerThorough, critical and an excellent eye for detailSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
