We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients by helping them capture digital attention and turn that attention into more conversions, engagement, and bookings.Key responsibilitiesImplement a sales & marketing strategy that generates leads from Propeller’s target audienceOversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Collaborate with our Design team to develop compelling content, messaging, and visuals that resonate with the target audience. Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisationWorking with the Chief Growth Officer, manage Propeller’s marketing budget, evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise resultsParticipate in direct outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels to arrange sales meetingsOwn the Propeller website, ensuring content and structure is relevant, up-to-date, optimised and performantCreate engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters and email copyEnsure we have relevant client case studies to be used in Propeller’s marketing collateral and in pitch decksWork with the Growth team to respond to RFPs and in putting together pitch decks, and attend pitches when relevant.What we offer25 days’ annual leave (excluding public holidays)£500 annual wellbeing budget to spend on your personal wellbeingCentral London office with our own bar, free drinks and snacksRegular social events, parties and after work drinksTreats on your birthday and at ChristmasIf this sounds like something you might like and you feel you would make a difference to Propeller, we would love to hear from you.
