OverviewThe Marketing Manager will execute the Observability and Service Management business unit Field Marketing (Demand Gen) Plan for the UK and Ireland market with potential expansion to other countries in the future. With guidance from the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing campaigns in plan (Digital and F2F events, Asset Syndication, Email campaigns as an example), to enable sales to build, accelerate and win pipeline. The position is focused on outbound, customer-facing, activities and will require close engagement with Sales and the Account Development Executive (ADE) team.This individual will need to be able to work directly with suppliers, manage the field marketing budget and if/when required, develop, execute and track local and account specific demand generation campaigns.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute demand generation campaigns (digital and F2F events, asset syndication, email) to support pipeline growth.Collaborate with Sales and the Account Development Executive (ADE) team to ensure alignment on campaigns and enablement.Work with suppliers, manage the field marketing budget and, when required, develop, execute and track local and account-specific demand generation campaigns.Lead outbound, customer-facing marketing activities and measure campaign performance to drive improvements.Demonstrate strong project and budget management; monitor spend and ROI.Engage with Enterprise customers, sales and/or channel partners as applicable.Apply marketing principles, tactics, tools; leverage Account Based Marketing, digital and social media where appropriate.QualificationsStrong work ethic and can-do attitude.Demand generation marketing experience, including field marketing, campaigns, industry marketing, digital marketing and/or partner marketing, ideally within the Software IT Industry.Account Based, Digital, and/or Social Media marketing experience is a plus.Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, tools.Knowledge of direct marketing, customer events, vendor practices and procedures.Able to demonstrate experience in creating and executing virtual customer demand-gen touches, experiences, and events.Experience analyzing results and driving improvements into campaigns / tactics.Experience working with Enterprise customers, sales and/or channel partners a plus.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.Job functionMarketing, Public Relations, and Project ManagementIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
