The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and implementation of marketing activities to support Shanghai Me London. The role requires organization, flexibility, and creativity. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and the General Manager. Knowledge and interest in the F&B, brand, and marketing industries are essential with a willingness to learn more.RESPONSIBILITIES:Creating content brief for any marketing activationConceiving and proposing to the Global Brand Marketing Manager a marketing calendar with a localized approachSupporting the execution of activations in the restaurantEvents - where the Marketing Manager should take full ownership of overseeing the event, treating it as a professional mission. Throughout the process, it’s important to keep the global brand marketing manager informed and engaged, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategyThe Marketing Manager should assist and support the Global Brand Marketing manager in charge of private dining events (PDR), offering help with resources like flowers and menu design, etc. Seamless communication should be maintained to ensure that the global brand marketing manager is kept informed throughout the processConceiving and proposing to the Global Brand Marketing Manager a social media calendar with a localized approachOverseeing strategic digital campaigns to drive awareness, build brand equity and convert prospective guests to loyal guestsLiaising often and closely with the brand team and the operation team to create a strong channel of communication in order to meet business needsAssisting in the development of all brand collateralsMaintaining tone of voice across all brand touch points on digital and local platformsResponding to DM's across all platforms from guestsManaging Graphic Design, PR agency, and Digital Marketing Agency to deliver tailor-made results that actively drives the brand equity and visibilityKeeping a close record of challenges and achievements through monthly reportingWorking closely with the Brand Manager to ensure brand standards are consistently metCoordinating photoshoots and videoshootsMonthly BRM reports with social media, PR and digital marketing inclusionsWho are we?Established in 2011, Fundamental Hospitality is a UAE born company that unifies the regions leading lifestyle concepts.
