OverviewThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, footfall, and revenue across both UK locations. The role requires a deep understanding of experiential dining, a passion for culture, and the ability to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.You will work closely with the Group Marketing Director, Operations, PR, and Digital teams to bring the Sexy Fish brand to life in line with our business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute annual marketing plans and initiatives for Sexy Fish London and Manchester aligned with brand vision and commercial targets.Define seasonal campaign calendars including menu launches, cultural moments, partnerships, and events.Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.Brand ManagementEnsure all marketing materials and touchpoints reflect the Sexy Fish brand standards in tone, design, and experience.Collaborate with PR and creative teams to deliver high-quality photo/video content for campaigns.Maintain consistent brand presence across both restaurants while allowing for local market nuances.Digital Marketing & Social MediaOversee content planning and performance across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).Partner with the digital team to deliver best-in-class paid media campaigns that drive reservations and engagement.Analyse digital performance metrics and adapt campaigns to optimise ROI.Events & PartnershipsSupport in conceiving and executing unique on-site events that drive awareness and footfall (seasonal events, private dining, nightlife activations).Identify and secure relevant brand collaborations and partnerships to enhance the Sexy Fish experience.Liaise with VIP and influencer communities to amplify campaign reach.Local Marketing & Community EngagementBuild strong relationships with the local communities in London and Manchester to drive brand advocacy.Create initiatives that position Sexy Fish as the go-to destination for key cultural moments.Partner with concierge networks, hotels, and luxury brands to drive new guest acquisition.Commercial FocusAlign all marketing initiatives with business objectives including covers, revenue, and guest frequency.Manage the marketing budget efficiently and report regularly on ROI and campaign performance.Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing insights on guest behaviour and campaign outcomes.Skills & Experience5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within high-end hospitality.Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.Strong knowledge of the UK luxury hospitality and F&B landscape.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.Confident in managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to guide decision-making.Creative flair and understanding of design, content creation, and brand storytelling.Join our team and be a part of a distinguished establishment committed to delivering unparalleled hospitality.We promote a working environment in which equal opportunity and diversity is recognised, valued, and encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr
