Waters Baths was established in 2012 and is founder and owner led. We are designers and importers of premium bathing products which are distributed through independent bathroom retailers across the UK and Ireland. Well regarded within the KBB (kitchen, bathroom & bedrooms) sector, we have bathing collections in acrylic and composite stone with exciting plans for growth.The RoleWe are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, Marketing Manager with previous experience within the KBB industry. Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales to and through our retailer network.The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands on execution, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience across all touch points, whilst keeping a keen eye on budget to ensure all projects deliver worthwhile results to the business.The role is ideal for an individual seeking career advancement or looking to make a significant impact within a growing business. Having already set in motion a three year plan and pipeline of new product launches, this is a key moment to join and help shape our future. Experience and knowledge of the Kitchen and Bathroom sector is preferred but not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOfflineCreate interesting and engaging initiatives to encourage interaction between us and our retailers / designers.Build a data base of retailers and designers who are regularly including our products within projects.Increase inclusion of our products in projects of our retailers / designers.Work with photographers and stylists, to plan and undertake photo shoots to keep our photographic library up-to date and relevant.Write and prepare copy for inclusion within catalogues and brochures.Discover your own network of dynamic retailers / designers, to provide you with before and after project stories or high design rooms for future marketing use.Create, prepare and collate engaging copy with high quality photography for regular trade and consumer on and offline press releases.Hold relationships with trade and consumer press to encourage inclusion.OnlineDevelop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our mission and brand identity.Create engaging, informative and visually compelling content (graphics, videos, posts) for all social media channelsFollow / join trends and conversations around interior design to enhance our digital footprint.Manage frequent postings and interactions across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a professional and supportive manner.Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.Update and manage the data behind our “find a retailer” area of our website to ensure consumers are provided accurate up to date information about our retailers and displays across the UK.About youIdeally candidates will be educated to degree level, with an excellent standard of English you should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, and be able to demonstrate:Previous experience in a mid to high level marketing role.Be self-motivated and able to work independently.Have strong creative skills, including copywriting.Be a great communicator and have excellent inter-personal skills.What We OfferAs well as the opportunity to become an important and valued member of a small close-knit team, we offer:A competitive salary based on experience.24 plus 8 statutory days holidays a year.Friendly fast paced working environmentFree parkingHow to ApplyIf you are a marketing mogul with experience of KBB or a passion for homes and interiors, we would love to hear from you!
