About the role



The Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in
delivering the club’s marketing and communications activity, combining creative
storytelling with clear, commercially driven objectives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications and working alongside our Content & Social Executive,
this role balances hands-on delivery with strategic oversight — ensuring the club’s
brand presence is strong, consistent and relevant across all channels.



From shaping campaigns and curating content to collaborating
on cultural programming and partnerships, the Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager ensures
every member touchpoint reflects the exclusivity and sophistication of the
brand.



Key Responsibilities:

Campaigns & Brand Storytelling


  • Plan
    and deliver marketing campaigns in line with the brand vision.

  • Ensure
    a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and
    locations.

  • Translate
    high-level objectives into creative, engaging activity that drives
    awareness, member engagement, and revenue.

Digital & Content


  • Oversee
    content creation and scheduling for website, social media, email
    campaigns, and in-club screens.

  • Collaborate
    with the Content & Social Executive to develop an integrated calendar
    that reflects cultural programming, F&B highlights, and seasonal
    campaigns.

  • Maintain
    and update the website, ensuring all pages and imagery are current,
    accurate, and on brand.

Events & Partnerships


  • Support
    the planning and promotion of cultural programming, brand events and
    partnerships.

  • Liaise
    with internal teams and partners to ensure activations are executed to the
    highest standard.

Creative Production


  • Oversee
    photo and video shoots, from concept to delivery, ensuring assets meet
    brand guidelines.

  • Brief
    and manage external designers, photographers and agencies as needed.



 The position is based on onsite 5 days per week Monday to Friday. Flexibility required for event set-ups and assisting other team members outside office hours.

About You:

  • 5+
    years’ experience in marketing or communications, ideally within luxury
    hospitality, lifestyle, or cultural sectors. Less experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Marketing Manager. 
  • Strong
    copywriting skills with a refined sense of tone for luxury audiences
  • Experience
    managing multi-channel campaigns and content calendars
  • Confident
    working with external agencies and creative suppliers
  • Knowledge
    of marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Adobe
    suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Newsletter
    tools (Mailchimp, Click Dimensions etc)
  • SEO
    familiarity
  • CMS
    management
