We're looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing strategy, demand generation, and customer engagement across the UKI territory.In this role you will support the GTM strategy across the region, aligning closely with sales, channel, and global marketing teams. You’ll deliver integrated marketing programs designed to generate pipeline, strengthen brand awareness and deepen relationships with customers and partners.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across target accounts and verticals.Design and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with sales and customer success.Plan and deliver integrated demand generation programs (digital, events, email, content syndication, social, etc.) that align to business objectives.Partner with the UKI sales leaders to align marketing strategy with GTM priorities and revenue targets.Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.Own the planning and execution of strategic customer and partner events — from executive roundtables and industry conferences to digital experiences.Drive post-event follow-up and nurture programs to maximise engagement and conversion.Collaborate with channel and alliance teams to design joint marketing programs with key partners.Localise global content and messaging for the UKI market.Contribute to regional storytelling through customer success stories, PR, and social media.Required experience5+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sectors.Proven success managing field marketing or regional marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline.Strong understanding of ABM strategies, digital marketing tactics, and event execution.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across sales, partners, and global teams.Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimise for performance.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesSoftware Development and IT System Custom Software Development
