The brand promotes body‑positive fashion, offering made‑to‑order gowns that cater to sizes 0‑30.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of a retail showroom and pop‑up events in central London. The role focuses on customer experience, localized product strategy, brand presentation, marketing, influencer, and PR initiatives to drive brand awareness, VIP engagement, and long‑term retail growth.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage the showroom location and pop‑up events in central London.Gather and analyze customer feedback and sales data from events; develop strategy for permanent transition.Develop and implement localized product solutions to meet UK customer needs and achieve business targets.Oversee showroom activities to ensure a seamless and organized environment.Efficiently manage and edit the showroom calendar and appointments.Maintain the showroom’s impeccable appearance.Support talent activities within the space.Brainstorm and source creative activations, vendors, and activities tailored for gifting, appointments, and events.Coordinate VIP services and curate exceptional experiences for high‑profile VIP guests and clients.Foster and maintain talent relationships with new partners through outreach and brand initiatives.Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to enhance customer experiences and boost brand awareness.Define and manage product mix strategies tailored to each pop‑up location and target demographic.Collaborate with design, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure consistency across product stories.Identify and build relationships with influencers and media contacts in the bridal, fashion, and lifestyle verticals.Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative PR and influencer marketing initiatives.Track and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities for increased visibility.Support the planning and execution of media events, press previews, and influencer activations.RequirementsRetail and marketing experience within fashion or beauty.Experience in the bridal and evening wear category is strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, and adaptability; ability to quickly understand the UK bridal retail market and manage sales resources effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business strategies.Leadership experience or potential to build and motivate a team.Passion for and understanding of the bridal industry and current wedding trends.Ability to work legally full‑time in the UK.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to shape the growth of a successful US brand in the UK market.Professional development and career progression.Flexible working arrangements within office hours.LocationLondon, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
