OverviewDocuWare is hiring a Marketing Manager UK (m/f/d) who will plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives. Focus is on acquisition, enablement of channel partners to market and sell DocuWare, and field marketing to strengthen sales-oriented activities in alignment with UK Sales. This role oversees all marketing activities within UK as part of the global marketing organization.ResponsibilitiesLeading and executing regional marketing activities that align with global strategy and drive measurable impact.Grow the DocuWare brand by creating awareness, generating demand, and enabling our sales teams and channel partners to achieve revenue goals.Develop compelling regional content in close collaboration with corporate and regional marketing teams.Analyze marketing performance regularly, including competitive landscape and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Act as a subject matter expert in demand generation, supporting and empowering our channel partners with effective marketing strategies.Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs to ensure maximum performance and ROI.QualificationsSeveral years of experience in marketing, ideally within the B2B software industry.University degree in business administration, marketing, online marketing, or a comparable qualification.Excellent command of British English, with strong writing and editing skills.
