What you’ll do
Lead the development and execution of both B2C and B2B marketing plans with the support of the UKEMEA team. Deliver end-to-end cross-channel campaigns, including creative development, project management, and media planning. Manage external partnerships and related activity including tourism organisations, airports and other airline partners. Take a data-driven approach, continuously analyse channel performance and implement strategies to optimize results and maximize ROI. Collaborate with regional marketing, commercial, and head office teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
Who you are
5+ years’ experience in a similar role Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline Thorough understanding of core brand and marketing principles and processes Proven ability to drive large-scale marketing plans to deliver significant brand equity and revenue contribution Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, with a performance mindset Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills Solution-focused attitude to take on challenges Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, including remote teams across different time zones Aviation and travel industry experience highly regarded; French language skills advantageous Fluency in French would be advantageous
