ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: at least 5 years marketing experience within the hospitality industry.
DEADLINE: FRIDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER 11AM but may close early if a suitable number of applications are received.
Reporting to: Head of Sales
Location: Head Office in Shaftesbury Avenue or at other sites in Wembley Park, Brent Cross, Meridian Water, Canary Wharf, other project sites. 3-4 days on site, 1-2 days a week working from home.
Contract Type: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 D.O.E

Were looking for a commercially-minded, creative Marketing Manager with a proven track record of delivering integrated, high-impact marketing strategies. With experience across sectors such as hospitality, the arts, TV & film, and destination-led event spaces, youll bring fresh thinking and data-informed insight to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase revenue. Youll collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, on-brand communications that resonate with audiences and partners alike.
REQUIRED:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success with a minimum of 5 years in delivering impactful B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, within theatres, TV & film studios, events and hospitality establishments.
Organisational Prowess: A highly organised project manager with exceptional multitasking skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
Content Expertise: A confident copywriter and content creator, adept at clearly briefing designers and other creative professionals.
Digital Savvy: Comfortable using tools such as Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to execute and measure campaigns.
Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
Market Insight: A strong understanding of Londons dynamic cultural, hospitality, film and food scene.
Passionate: A genuine passion for the arts, food and culture.
Excellent written English.
DESIRABLE:
Ability to use Content Management Systems (CMS) and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) for content creation, asset design, and visual storytelling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Email, CRM & Web Management:
Plan, write, and deliver engaging email newsletters to both B2B and B2C subscribers.
Implement strategies to grow and segment Troubadours subscriber database.
Manage and optimise all Troubadour websites, ensuring content is regularly updated, visually aligned with the brand, SEO-optimised, and conversion-focused.
Local Engagement & Partnerships:
Lead local marketing initiatives, including strategic leafleting, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, signage, and immersive experiential marketing.
Partner with PR and brand agencies to deliver targeted press campaigns.Work hand-in-hand with suppliers (e.g. Food & Beverage vendors, music bookers, corporate clients) to co-market their presence and maximize collective reach.
Manage influencer relationships and co-ordinate successful new venue launches.
Content & Digital Storytelling:
Craft and own the content strategy and calendar across all platforms, including social media, email, digital, and print.
Create clear, engaging content tailored to diverse channels and audiences, aligning tone and message to each platform.Oversee the production of high-quality photo and video content whilst curating design briefs, styling, shot lists and collaborating effectively with freelance creatives when required.
Lead content scheduling and publishing across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and emerging channels, leveraging insights to optimise performance.
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for all Troubadour businesses, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, increase venue footfall, generate commercial leads, and grow event and F&B revenue streams.
Project manage key initiatives, including launches, partnerships, large-scale campaigns, and engaging on-site activations.
Ensure all marketing activities align seamlessly with the broader Troubadour marketing calendars.
Paid Media & Performance Analytics:
Develop and manage paid media strategy (primarily social and PPC) with clearly defined KPIs and ROAS targets.
Collaborate with analytics consultants and internal stakeholders to report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
Provide regular, insightful reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
