Our Retail vertical is already an established and fast-growing part of the Intellias portfolio, with a strong base of global clients. To accelerate strategic growth, we need a marketing leader who can connect business vision to marketing execution. You’ll work directly with the sales team, our industry thought-leaders, tech and AI experts, and the delivery teams to capture insights and develop strategies and plans that have a real impact on the market.Project OverviewActing as an “account manager” for your vertical, you’ll work alongside our central marketing specialists in content, design, digital, and PR to bring these plans to life. You’ll shape integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns, work with partners, manage budgets, and track results. You’ll balance the creativity of storytelling with the discipline of data-driven planning, while helping to build Intellias brand awareness and generate demand in this critical sector.This role reports to the Director of Vertical Marketing (part of the marketing leadership team), giving you senior-level exposure and the chance to make your mark in a business that’s big enough to be global, but still agile enough to move fast.Requirements7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, business development, or presales — ideally in IT services, business services, technology, or consultingPrevious experience of work in or with Retail/eCommerce industriesStrong understanding of the modern technology landscape, its trends, and key playersAbility to create high-quality content and communications aligned to the highest market standards in US, UK, and EU marketsConfidence and gravitas to work with senior stakeholders and present ideas clearlyStrong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset; comfortable in a lean, results-driven environmentNative-level English (written and spoken); experience working in international, multicultural teams across time zonesAbility to act independently, set priorities, and adapt in a fast-changing environmentNice to haveFamiliarity with enterprise technology, consulting, or digital engineeringAgency or account management experienceAdditional language skillsResponsibilitiesShape vertical strategy: Develop and own marketing strategies for Retail, aligned to market trends, client needs, and business strategy and goalsCreate value propositions: Translate our domain expertise and services into compelling, client-centric stories backed by evidenceBuild the brand: Look for ways to get cut-through and drive top-of-mind (and top-of-funnel) awareness in the minds of technology and business decision makers in these markets, building and leveraging relationships across Retail with key influencers and media outletsPlan and deliver campaigns: Design integrated, multi-channel campaigns and manage budgets, execution, and reporting. This includes ownership of Retail marketing channels e.g. LinkedIn page and newslettersCollaborate cross-functionally: Act as a business partner to the vertical leadership team, while collaborating across the business to ensure marketing is tightly connected to business outcomesSupport partnerships: Provide operational support for the Intellias partner network in your vertical, building relationships and running co-marketing programsEvents management: Add the necessary support for events and conference planning, including sometimes participating with the teamInsights & optimization: Conduct industry research, trend analysis, and market segmentation to inform plans, and use data to measure and optimise resultsWhy this position?This is a Marketing Manager position with the scope and visibility of a head-of role.
