Immediate start - we cannot wait for long notice periods.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work for a fantastic luxury heritage fashion brand – global – retail – wholesale – D2C. The candidate should have a data-led AND creative mindset, impeccable project management and communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand the brand and plan for important anniversary and seasonal campaigns—from creative ideation to campaign management. This role is brand-focused with knowledge of all channels, rather than ownership of performance/paid channels. Ideal candidates will have experience with high-end/luxury, heritage, fashion, jewellery, or accessories brands and an understanding of seasonality.Create, define, and execute the marketing strategy to enhance brand equity and market position.Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, retail, events, and partnerships.Identify and define core customer personas using customer insights and sales data; refine brand messaging accordingly.Collaborate with internal teams (digital, retail, and product) to ensure a seamless brand narrative.Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty within the luxury retail sector.Work closely with retail and digital teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.Lead the planning and execution of high-profile brand events and activations.Define and track key brand performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI on all initiatives.Report on campaign effectiveness, brand perception, and customer engagement.Manage a team of junior Execs and Designers.The PersonIdeally at least 5 - 7 years of Marketing experience – ideally from a high-end/luxury fashion/jewellery/accessories brand. Strong understanding of consumer trends, and brand storytelling. Experience in customer segmentation and leveraging insights to inform brand strategy. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience working with creative agencies, PR teams, and digital marketing channels. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
