doubling revenue from £9m to £18m in 4 years.
Landlords & Tenants:
We deliver Connected Building Services to owners of multi-tenant buildings (and their tenants).
SMEs:
We provide Managed Network, Connectivity, and Cyber Security services to a hand-picked list of 7,000 UK SMEs.
Rebrand:
New brand launching in late 2025
youll help make it land with impact.
Were halfway through our plan, the pipeline is there, and the strategy is set. Now we need someone to
make it happen.
The Role
Youll be the
only in-house marketer
backed by agencies
and responsible for turning strategy into results. That means:
Running
multi-channel campaigns
(HubSpot, email, SDR support, online/offline ads).
Working
shoulder-to-shoulder with sales
every day to drive qualified opportunities.
Briefing and pushing agencies for creative, PR, and digital
while rolling your sleeves up to do the execution.
Owning reporting: whats working, whats not, and what needs to change.
Playing a big role in rolling out our new brand across the market.
This is not a just coordinate suppliers role. Youll be
building workflows, writing content, running ads, measuring performance
and making sure it all feeds the sales pipeline.
What Were Looking for
47 years experience in
B2B marketing
(ideally IT, tech, SaaS, or services).
Proven track record of
campaign execution
that generated measurable leads.
HubSpot (or similar automation) and paid ads experience.
Commercially minded: you understand how marketing supports sales, not just awareness.

£55,000
£60,000 base + performance bonus
