Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing youth services Role overview What is the role about? The Marketing Manager delivers a wide range of strategic marketing and communications engagement activity to help our Operations Teams in our Employability and Environment divisions to deliver high performing services. The Marketing Manager's work includes developing and delivering activity to engage, inform and motivate service participants and referrers, plus other key stakeholders including employers. Responsibilities Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include Strategy and Delivery
Developing and activating marketing strategies that support the performance of our Employability and Environment services Working across implementation projects to launch new services Manging fulfilment of marketing and promotional assets for the services through the company's Marketing Hub system Agreeing objectives and targets with internal stakeholders and reporting on performance Responding to emerging needs and developing new creative ideas for the services
Brand, Assets, Content and & Channels
Developing and managing a portfolio of service brands and propositions Quality controlling application of brand to a range of deliverables, including printed materials, video, social content and adverts, website content, newsletters and promotional items Managing the service's marketing and communication channels, including analysis and optimisation. These channels include web, email, social and press.
Finance
Managing the marketing budget for each service Collecting and analysing return on investment data
Management
Managing Executive and/or Assistant line reportees Coordinating and quality controlling the work of your team Overseeing the professional development of your team
Relationships
Managing and influencing relationship with senior internal stakeholders Attending and chairing planning meetings and determining actions
