Keep all commercial marketing collateral and website content updated in line with brand guidelines.Event management - Take responsibility for managing the key events promoting the division across the UK, both hosted and those run by third parties. Manage the firm’s participation at key UK real estate conference UKREiiF, organising key receptions and hosted events and working with the BD team on the post-event action planResearch and thought leadership - Work closely with the research team to understand current trends and the competitive landscape and provide insights for marketing strategies.Reporting - Present progress updates at key marketing and divisional meetings. Keep the commercial divisional board up-to-date on plans and manage expectations regarding turnaround times, process, and branding matters.What will it take to be successful?You will have demonstrable marketing experience from a property/real estate firm. As an experienced marketing professional, you will have gained hands on experience of creative management as well as overseeing implementation of marketing plans and projects through to completion. You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels across the firm. Given the scope of the role, the ability to plan and organise to a high standard is required in order to prioritise individual and team tasks.
