Marketing Lead Blockchain/Web3 Remote £50k-£90k Company: Plexus are working with another long-term client within the Blockchain and Web3 space. An encryption coprocessor, who are unlocking a new generation of onchain experiences. They have set out to make onchain encryption available everywhere. Role: As the first marketing lead, you will be expected to thrive in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment. You would be brought in to spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns Organize in person and virtual events Drive and quantify user acquisition, retention and growth. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain market and competition. Requirements : History of leading and scaling marketing initiatives within blockchain and web3 2+ years experience
