The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of an effective marketing strategy, focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.This role will be responsible for setting up tracking systems (hubspot, UTM), managing the editorial calendar and coordinating production workflows across Product, Sales, GCD and compliance.ResponsibilitiesImplement the global marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals which includes ownership of the Company website and social media accounts, digital marketing, advertising and communicationsCreate and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer growth and retention. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and pipeline growth ensuring campaigns are adapted to meet the specific needs of localised markets.Drive systematic nurture programmes, account-based marketing campaigns, conference/panels and content distribution campaigns consistently growing audiences across all marketing platforms including the use of SEO.Collaborate closely with the sales and product team to understand their needs, provide them with tailored marketing efforts and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
