We’re looking for a Marketing Lead — our first dedicated marketing hire — to roll up your sleeves, run growth initiatives, and help make XSITU a global name. You’ll be hands-on with organic marketing, shaping our brand, and setting the foundation for a future marketing team.

• Drive organic growth through content, social, partnerships, and community
• Create and share content that resonates with plant lovers and smart home enthusiasts
• Shape brand positioning in the rare plant & smart home space
• Build and optimize funnels, CRM, and email flows
• Test, measure, and iterate for growth

You bring

• Proven experience driving growth in startups or consumer brands
• Balance of creative storytelling + data-driven execution
• Tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ads, AI
• Ability to thrive in niche/collector markets — or learn the rare plant market fast
